Ear Candling is a gentle and relaxing technique which helps remove excess build up of wax, mucus and parasites that may block your ear causing ear ache, infections, headaches and sinus complaints.
An ear candling treatment requires two candles. Ear candles are hollow tubes made from bees wax infused with honey and various therapeutic herbs.
An ear candling treatment involves lying down on your side. The ear candle is placed gently into the ear. When lit, it create a vacuum in the ear drawing out residue and old wax. The cracking sound is due to the burning of these waste deposits been drawn up by the candle.
